You will soon see housesimple it is to sell your home

Low commission estate agents - The selling process.

Low commission estate agents Step 1

Have a think about which fee option suits you best then just call or email us to book a home visit. We’ll arrange to come round (whenever is good for you) to take photos, detailed floorplans and descriptions.

Low commission estate agents Step 2

We upload your property details onto all the big property-shop type websites like Rightmove, Primelocation, Findaproperty, Globrix and Zoopla (to name a few - see our marketing network) which attracts approx 80 million buyer searches every month - pretty impressive we think.

Low commission estate agents Step 3

Whenever a potential buyer contacts us wanting to view your property we’ll contact you straight away to arrange a date and a time. If Housesimple.co.uk is hosting the viewings we will upload the date it  is booked in for. After each viewing we’ll check how it went, call you with the feedback and upload it all onto your private statistics site.

Low commission estate agents Step 4

As soon as we’ve found you a potential buyer that falls in love with your home and makes an offer we’ll let you know in writing (as well as giving you a call). If their offer isn’t right then we’ll negotiate for you until you’re happy with the price.

Low commission estate agents Step 5

Once you’ve ok’ed the offer we’ll write a confirmation letter to both solicitors (for our conveyancing deals click here) who should then get on with all the legal bits. When both the solicitors are happy (not always an easy task!) they should agree a date to exchange contracts. A deposit is usually paid at this point by the purchaser and held by the solicitor.

Low commission estate agents Step 6

Once exchange of contracts has taken place a date for completion is decided. At completion the balance is paid to your solicitor from the purchaser’s solicitor and we release the keys to the purchaser. You can now sit back, relax and crack open that well earned bottle of champagne (…or two…!!).
