Step 1/ Phone us or Register online and pay.
Step 2/ Send us your property details to lettings@housesimple.co.uk including:
• High Resolution Digital Photos which we will sharpen, lighten and warm up until we are happy to present them across our full marketing network.
• A full description of the property to include: - Full address & Postcode - Type of property - Number of bedrooms - Rental price - Any further details you would like included
• If you wish to send us a sketched floorplan we are happy to provide a professionally redrawn version FREE OF CHARGE which we will upload alongside the property details.
* Before we can market your property we will need a copy of your EPC. If you have not organised one yet we can sort this out for you. Our EPC's cost £95 (+vat). Please see the registration page for further services provided.
Step 3/
• We make your property active and overnight it will be uploaded across our full network including RIGHTMOVE, PROPERTYFINDER, THINKPROPERTY, FISH4, HOMES&PROPERTY, HOTPROPERTY, ZOOPLA, PROPERTYINDEX, GLOBRIX and 100's more.
• Upon receiving viewings or interests we pass them on to you via whichever contact method you have specified.
• You also will be given access to your own online client site where you can view how much interest your property is receiving.
*If you require professional photography, details and floorplans, Housesimple.co.uk can offer this service for an extra £99 + vat (Total Tenant finding service PLUS professional photos & floorplans = £158 + vat).

Management service: Includes: • Management Nationwide 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, one dedicated telephone number for all problems or queries.
- Your tenants just call our Tenant Hotline and we deal with all their problems, 24 hours a day, every day of the year. - Your tenants can also email our Tenant Helpdesk directly with their problems. 24 hours a day, every day of the year. - If there's an issue that needs dealing with, we email you the Landlord the details and suggest action. - We take your instructions and act on them. No instruction, no action. - We stay in touch with the tenant and contractor until it's all completed. - We can source vetted local contractors. - In the event of an emergency, we contact you the landlord immediately. - We will provide you with monthly activity reports to include notes of all communications between ourselves and the tenants and yourself. - We can also arrange name changes with utility companies and local authority at start and end of letting. - Issue notices such as notice to quit, notice of nuisance, and other notices as instructed by you, the landlord. - Credit Reference checking. - Instruct and arrange check in/check out by inventory clerk. - Arrange for Gas Safety Inspection to be carried out. - Arrange for Electrical Safety Inspections to be carried out. - Arrange for EPC inspections to be carried out.
