That’s why we will advertise your property on all the major property portals including Rightmove, Findaproperty, Primelocation, Globrix, Zoopla, Propertyfinder, Fish4homes and many more. These websites generate around 80 million buyer searches per month.

 

You can either call us on 0845 603 9909 or you can click on ‘instruct us’, choose your option and we’ll call you back. We will then arrange a convenient date and time to book a home visit.

 

Once you have contacted us and decided which your preferred fee option is, we’ll organise a home visit. During the home visit we’ll take measurements, photos, create a virtual tour* and take details for a general description. We’ll also talk you through the selling process and of course answer any questions you may have. *Whilst we endeavour to offer our 360 degree virtual tours to all areas there are some areas that we do not cover. We’ll be able to come and see you within 2-4 days.

 

Your property details will be uploaded onto housesimple.co.uk and onto all our affiliated property websites as soon as the home visit has been completed. You should be able to see your property on all these websites within 3 days.

 

If you wish to advertise with us simultaneously with another agent you can do so with our multiple agency contract. If you wish to use Option 1 there is no extra charge so it is a total upfront fee of £395 +vat, Option 2 is £245 upfront and the commission alters to £999 +vat. Option 3 is not available on multiple agency unless you have given housesimple 12 weeks on a sole agency contract at which point you can change to a multiple agency contract and the commission alters to £1,499 +vat.

 

If requested we will provide you with a valuation guide, which is a report stating guidance as to what your home is worth based on similar property prices in your local area, local market movements and past sold prices. Of course we will be happy to put your property on the market at a price you decide but it should be a realistic price.

 

We have set time slots with all our vendors so we can book viewing times instantly.

 

We will contact the person that viewed your property to gather feedback. We will then update your personal statistics site and call you with the viewers feedback.

 

We will market your property until it is sold* or until you ask us to take it off the market.
*Fair practice: If we are unable to contact you (the vendor) for 3 months or if the property has not sold within 12 months then Housesimple.co.uk may decide to remove the property from the market.

 

There is a minimum contract period for 8 weeks that applies to Option 2 and 12 weeks for Option 3. Click here for our contract terms.

 

We will let you know of all offers by phone and in writing. If the price isn’t right then we’ll do everything we can to negotiate a price you’re happy with.

 

We want to give our clients as much flexibility as possible. The three fee options represent different levels of financial commitment and it’s up to you which one suits you best.

 

The upfront fees go towards marketing properties on the internet. It also gives you a choice regarding how much financial commitment you wish to make and gives you access to huge savings on the fees you would otherwise be paying.
